Outpatient opportunity for a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine physician - just 15 miles from South Bend, IN! New residents welcome!
Details of the position include:
- Outpatient only - 100%
- Collaborative, supportive partners and staff
- Full subspecialty referral support in network
- Existing patient base available with opportunity to grow
- Office based procedures encouraged and supported
- Call 1:4 or greater (telephone only)
- Interest in Obstetricsis a plus!
