Physician / Texas / Locum tenens / Houston House Physician Coverage Job

Mint Physician Staffing is currently seeking qualified physicians for locum tenens assignments at medical centers in the Greater Houston Area.

Job Details:
• Flexible locum tenens scheduling
• 12-hour shifts: 6:30a-6:30p & 6:30p-6:30a or 7a-7p & 7p-7a
• Very low-volume | 2-4 patients seen per shift
• No admits or rounding
• Must be comfortable performing central lines, intubations and vent management
• Must be comfortable handling code and rapid response as the lead physician
• Use downtime to rest, study or do your own work
• Malpractice with prior acts coverage provided

Requirements:
• Full, unrestricted Texas medical license & DEA
• ACLS certification
• Patient contact in an inpatient setting within the past 12 months
• Minimal to no malpractice history
• U.S. Citizen or valid Green Card holder
