Adult & Child/Adolescent Psychiatry Positions - Nebraska

• Hospital employed group seeks BC/BE Psychiatrists to join their growing practice. 1 adult opening and 2 Child/Adolescent openings
• $400,000 base salary for year one with full production after year one. Option to move to production-based compensation earlier, if desired
• Group currently has two experienced Psychiatrists. Goal is to grow group to 5 providers
• Call 1:4. Call taken via phone weekday evenings. If on weekend call, round daily on all inpatients
• Child & Adolescent practice with adult patients
• Join a collegial group and treatment team in a new patient tower - both outpatient clinic and inpatient unit are on the same floor
• Patient census:
  • Inpatient: 12-15
  • Outpatient 15-20
• Adult practice is 80-85% outpatient and 15-20% inpatient
• Child/Adolescent practice is outpatient only
• 19-bed inpatient unit is for ages 15 and up
• Nursing home visits may be required 1-2 days per month
• EPIC EMR
• 116-bed fully independent and accredited acute care regional medical center
