SMART is an established healthcare staffing company seeking BC/BE, IM or FP physicians to provide hospitalist locum-tenens coverage at a facility in Northern Alabama.

• Locum 1099 Rate: $175/hr. (7a-7p)
  • Paid travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage
• Staffing Model: 2 MDs (7a-7p), 1 MLP (8a-6p), 1 MLP (7p-7a)
• Patient Encounters: 16-18 per doc
• Procedures: No procedures required
• ICU: Partial
• Sub-specialties: Full backup coverage
• Codes: Handled by ER
• Beds: 145
• EMR: CPSI
• License & Credentialing: 2-3 months (1 month with current active AL license)
