SMART Physician Recruiting is seeking a general anesthesiologist for PRN work in Northwestern, IN. The work is a day shift (7a-3p) and can cover sporadic dates. There are two different facilities which could utilize PRN work. It is a care team model with the case types listed below. Ideal candidates will have an IN license and be local.

• Locum Rate: $190/hr (malpractice is covered)
• Cases: Cardiac, Healthy Peds, OB, Gyn, Thoracic, Vascular, General
• Call: Optional
• Schedule: 7a-3p
• Medically Direct CRNAs: Yes
• Inpatient work: Yes
• Credentialing: 30-90 days
• Start Date: ASAP
