Qualifications needed to qualify for this opportunity are as follows:

• Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited Residency training program in Neurological Surgery.
• Current certification in Neurological Surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery or in Neurological Surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery or its equivalent.
• Board certification must be achieved within five years of being admissible to take the exam.
• Clinical Experience (Initial) Applicant must provide documentation of provision of neurological surgery services (50 cases) representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the last 12 mont
