This progressive practice is managed by the state’s largest FQHC / community health center, with over 700 employees – including over 200 clinical providers – across sixteen practices and program sites.We are looking for the right person to join an excellent team of 30+ healthcare providers here offering primary care, walk-in/urgent care, mental health, physical therapy and more (with an on-site lab and pharmacy) to thousands of area residents.
