Description
Board Certified NP
Treating adults, but would ideally like provider willing to treat adults and children.
Approximately 15-20 patients per day
Schedule is 1-2 per week
Currently utilizing tele to treat patients
Must have collaborative agreement in place
Prefer provider with 3+ years experience
