Clinic located along the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast has an excellent opportunity for a full-time, permanent Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team! The best candidate fit for this position MUST be someone that is mission driven and passionate about providing quality patient care within a Rural Health setting. This is NOT a remote position, relocation would be necessary if commuting is not an option.SALARY: $105,000 - $115,000/annually The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Opportunity: - Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position - Setting: integrated community health center clinic - M-F, 8AM-5PM - Competitive salary compensation - Medical, vision, and dental insurance for employee 100% paid by employer - Retirement plan 401(k), employer up to 6% match - Employer that sincerely emphasizes healthy work/life balance - Malpractice insurance provided by employer - Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing psycho-diagnostic/treatments designed for each individual patient - Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will primarily be acting as a resource/reference to the Primary Care Providers but may also retain their own pool of patients - Primary care clinic that serves within a rural community for all patient populations despite financial, language, cultural, and/or social barriers - Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:
- Must a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing and a Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program - Must have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in regard to Psychiatric Care as a NURSE PRACTITIONER (not as a Nurse, there are different responsibilities) - National certification in specialty is HIGHLY preferred - Must be licensed by the State of Oregon as a Registered Nurse or able to obtain - Must be certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Board Certified) - Must have prescriptive privileges - Must be able to be credentialed with Medicaid, Medicare, and other insurances - Must have current BLS certification or within 6 months of hire and maintain throughout employment - Must be truly committed to patient care and wanting to make a commitment to the town as well The Surrounding Oregon Community:
