DESCRIPTION: - Join 2 Urologists - 1 Urology/Gyn - 1 PA
- Office located on main hospital campus
- Travel to some outreach offices in the area
REQUIRED: - BE/BC Urology
- IN medical license in good standing
- Da Vinci training preferred
