- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
- Fellowship preferred in Balance Disorders, Epilepsy, Headache Medicine, or Movement Disorders.
- M-F 8a-12p, 1p-5p
- Practice percentage: 85% Adult, 15% Peds over age 12, 95% Outpatient, and 1-3 inpatient consults/week,
- Conducting and reading of EEG, EMG and NCV required.
