Dates: November 1, 2020 for three months
Adult Outpatient Clinic - CBOC (Veterans)
8:00 am -5:00 pm Mon-Fri
Mainly providing preventative & disease management.
Chronic Acute Illnesses: hypertension, diabetes, high blood pressure.
VetPro strongly preferred
Credentialing: approx 60 - 90 days
Local preferred REQUIREMENTS:
WA State License (required)
DEA
BLS
2 year minimum experience Call me immediately as this position will fill fast.
