DESCRIPTION:

Providing primary care and clinical leadership for an on-site medical clinic
85% direct patient care, 15% admin and leadership
Ages 2 and up
Patients will be employees and family members
Preventive services, wellness, chronic disease management, acute episodic care.
EMR; EPIC
Clinic is open 8 AM - 7 PM weekdays and 8 AM - 5 PM on Saturdays

COMPENSATION:

REQUIRED:

Bi-lingual in Spanish
BC/BE in Primary Care specialty
Experience with EPIC EMR is a plus
Experienced in clinical leadership is a plus
2-3 years of post residency experience is preferred
