Description
This is a need for multiple full-time critical care experienced doctors to help with at least a 6 month contract. Ideally we need 7on 7off coverage, but a 7-day block each month will be considered as well. Please take a look at the details, and let me know if you can help. Certification: Will take either IM/CC or PCC
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Setting: Designated COVID-19 ICU
Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 7a-7p and 7p-7a

PPE will be provided by
Candidates MUST use provided PPE and will not be permitted to use their own
Need providers with substantial “in the trenches” ICU experience
This is a “SAFETY NET” hospital, so their patients are the sickest of the sick in the metroplex
There will be three providers on each shift when the ICU is full
Currently they are running with 1, but the census has been coming in waves
Even if the wave drops, they will utilize the provider in the other ICUs As an intensivist, it is a given that the providers be comfortable running codes, performing a-lines, c-lines, vent maintenance, intubation etc.
Nights are the preferred shift, but open to all Please be open to both 7-on/7-off blocks, or shift pickup as needed *Please note*
