Description

NP/PA Candidates needed for Home Health or SNF near Hartford. Please refer to Job ID# 55072

  • Full-Time or Part-Time Available
  • 6-8 hour shifts (schedule will be discussed with the client)
  • Duties include rounding in the SNF and overseeing the rehabilitation center
  • 30-40patients per day- but assessments are just a few minutes long
  • Independent Contract - Pay is DOE but also Per Patient
  • NO Benefits
  • Proficient with Injections
  • Connecticut License in Hand - Please have Ties
  • Graduates with a strong interest in HH, SNF, Rehabilitation and PM&R
