Interventional Pain Management
physical medicine and rehab
Physical Therapy
Chiropractic care
Massage therapy
General medicine
Happy place to be!
25 patients per day
EMR - collaborative care
will float between Beverly and South Holland locations. Part time to begin, will grow to full time.
Patient follow up working closely with the Interventional Pain Management physician.
