General/Surgical Critical Care Surgeon to be one of eight Trauma/Acute Care Surgeons who provide 24/7 coverage to our Level II Trauma program. The Acute Care Surgery service is very busy, as the surgeons cover Trauma, the Trauma ICU and all of the unassigned general surgery consults from the ER and the inpatient setting. Call schedule is uniquely designed to optimize the work/life balance.
