Candidate Parameters:
· New graduates and experienced candidates.
· Osteopathic and allopathic candidates will be considered
· If experienced/practicing must have the following type of experience:
  o Experience with high acuity
  o ECMO
  o Experience in leadership

Call:
· 24/7 Divided equally amongst 6 physicians; equal share of weekend call. APRN if first point of contact 24/7.
  o 2-4 weekends on call per month.
  o 5 in house calls/month.
· Cover phone with OSU residents, physicians may take calls, but rarely have to go in.
