Practice Overview

• Reason for recruitment – Improve patient access to orthopedic care – patients are having to leave the community for orthopedic services
• There are four surgeons in place now (hand, general and joint)
• Surgeons are employed by Riverside Medical Center and are a part of the Riverside Medical Group
• The Orthopedic Service Line operates under a dyad leadership model
• OR has plenty of capacity and there is future opportunity at the ambulatory surgery center in Bourbonnais
• Infrastructure in place including Radiology, Anesthesiology, ORs, ortho neuro unit (Magnet Hospital), acute inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, Home Care, long term care
• Physician Assistants in place and will continue to be hired as needed
• Call is shared with the other group so is very manageable

Compensation Package

• Base Salary commensurate with years of experience and in line with MGMA compensation guidelines for the Midwest
