Neuro Interventional Radiologist to practice in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. Work and play in small University town nestled in the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern TN while taking advantage of one of the top Neuroendovascular opportunities in the Southeast! 

Join a highly reputable, growing practice serving 1.3 million people in the Tri-Cities.  The Tri-Cities market consists of 29 counties throughout Northeast TN, Northeast VA, Southwest VA, Western NC, and Eastern KY.  This well-established employed group is seeking a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Endovascular Neurosurgeon.  

The group provides services to a Level I Trauma Center and Joint Commission accredited Advanced Comprehensive Stroke Center offering a full range of specialized medical care including a Stroke Intervention team supported by 2 Neurohospitalists, 2 inpatient Neurology APCs, 1 Neurointerventional APC and 4 Neurosurgeons.  The Comprehensive Stroke Program manages 550 strokes annually. 

The candidate must be able to perform Neurointerventional care to stroke patients (thrombectomy, etc.) and endovascular coiling of aneurysms.
