Invasive (non-interventional) Cardiologist

We have a rotational system, where one cardiologist works 7 days in the Hospital every 4 weeks, the 2 weeks in the office and then one week off.

The hospital work includes stress testing, consults and follow ups, ECG interpretations, Echo interpretation, permanent pacemaker implantations and cardiac cath. Interventions and CABG are sent out to local hospitals.  

Our office week includes patient consultation and follow ups, PA and NP supervision, ECG’s, Echos, Stress testing, Holter monitors and cardio versions.  

Week day call on average is 5 out of 7 nights while in the hospital and one night on the office week. This comes out to 1 in 4.
