- Diabetes and Kidney Center employee’s 3 Nephrologist, 2 Endocrinologist and 3 ARNP’s supporting Nephrology.
- Diabetes Self-Management program staffed with 4 Certified Diabetes Educators (RN’s and Dietitians) along with 2 RN’s
- Health Promotion Program, a medically managed weight loss program supported by 2 Dietitians and a Health Coach
- Office open Monday thru Friday 0800-1700, closed weekends and holidays
Clinic:
- Clinic coverage- Monday-Friday 8am-5PM
