The Clinic a busy practice that covers three hospitals in Bristol and Johnson City and has one office in each city. They currently have 6 urologists and 3 advanced care practitioners.  

The group provides full service urology services for:

• Eastern Tennessee
• Southwest Virginia
• Western North Carolina

Very little urology is referred out to tertiary centers.  We have a unique environment in that we have a relatively small, close knit group, with no other competitive groups in the two primary cities that we practice, and no need for satellite clinics.  You can be as busy as you want, as quickly as you want.  Call is 1/6 and NP/PAs help on the weekends. Partnership tract is 1 year.  Once you've become a partner then a separate lithotripsy agreement is available.
