 ENT opportunity due to retirement in MN:

• Qualified BE / BC
• Visa Accepted: Yes, H1B & J1
• Practice type: Private (multi-specialty group)
• Call: 1/3 of time each month is on-call or available by phone; the actual onsite availability requirements would be 10 days/month. The days that ENT is not available for on-call is backed up by general surgery. 

Benefits:

• Salary $450,000 base
• With additional compensation based on the production hours worked
• $100,000 Sign on bonus
• $20,000 Relocation reimbursement

• Support staff:
• 1 Full-time audiologist
• 1 Full-time LPN
• Administration staff – not necessarily dedicated to ENT, but they do have 3 clinic administration contacts that oversee all specialties.
• In operating room, they have RN’s, & 8 anesthesiologists (CRNA) employed
• 5 operating rooms
• Non-profit independent health system with over 90 medical staff and 20 specialty services
