Description
Experienced MD/DO Pediatrics for a group. The primary purpose of your job is to provide medical services at in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local requirements, as directed by the Board of Directors and the CMO to ensure that the highest standards of patient care are maintained at all times.
The physician must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, patients, visitors, and the general public.
Be knowledgeable of medical practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to the operation of a Community Health Center.
The ability to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel. The ability to interpret, follow the goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, that are necessary for providing quality patient care and maintaining a sound operation.
The Physician must be an eligible and licensed to practice medicine in the State of West Virginia in good standing. Also must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in a primary care specialty.
Full-time work schedule with full benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, STC, LTD, and Life). Relocation expenses are negotiable. Loan repayment options are available. Quarterly bonuses can be earned. CME funds and leave time are included in benefits. Typical schedule is four (4) ten (10) hour days with occasional weekend hours No Call.
