Psychiatrist to join a 15 year old Private Practice with more than 60 psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and social workers on staff.

Duties:

• Round daily on the 35 bed unit with assistance of nurse practitioners 
• Clear any consults in ER
• ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner
• work 1 weekend monthly

Compensation:

• $300,000 - annual base salary
• $20,000 - annual for nurse practitioner collaboration
• $3,000 - per weekend for optional weekend call with rounding
• $1,000 - monthly/per student for med student preceptorship- paid directly by med school
• $150 - hr to work outpatient in Alabama Psychiatry clinic. (3hrs daily x 45 weeks = additional $101,000 annually)
