Group has a close relationship with their patients since they are "theirs", and not part of a huge clinic organization. It is compassionate and brilliant care that sets this practice apart from most others.
There are two options for compensation: (1) working in parallel in your own practice, and sharing expenses for staff, rent, supplies. In this case, the profit and loss is yours. Management group takes about 8% for management. You would be on a base salary and keep any profit, paid quarterly; (2) being an employee and receiving a salary plus a production bonus. Profit beyond the bonus goes into the practice.
