• 12-hour shifts
• 12 - 13 shifts a month
• 90% CRNA supervision
• Academic hospital requiring the teaching of surgery residents, student nurse anesthetists, and medical students
• Great case mix with general, L&D, neonatal, healthy peds, robotics, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, trauma, orthopedic, and office-based
• No hearts or transplants
