Seeking Physicians to join their group of dedicated, experienced practitioners who provide comprehensive on-site medical care to patients in post-acute, rehabilitation, long term care, continuing care communities and assisted living centers forty-five minutes south from Portland, Oregon.

Job Description:
- Proved face to face primary care services
- Participate in monthly educational lecture series and clinical outcomes reviews
- Collaboration with NP/PA
- Current state medical licensure
- Current D.E.A. certification
- BE or BC
- Current CPR Certification
