Exec/Admin / Oncology - Hematology / Washington / Permanent / Hem/Onc Medical Director - Washington State Job

This position is going to be a very traditional Hem/Onc Medical Director practice. You will oversee all Oncology Service line & Cancer Care Team/Tumor Board for our Cancer Center. The weekly schedule is 80% Clinical & 20% Administrative, you can set that up anyway you would like, but the preference would be for two ½ days of dedicated administrative time. The main responsibilities as a Medical Director will be to support, engage & guide the Medical Oncologists, as well as the development of the program. We want to have a focus on making the work for the oncologists easier, safer, and more efficient.

Hem/Onc Medical Director (80% Clinic, 20% Admin) to oversee all Oncology Service line & Cancer Care Team/Tumor Board

• 65% Oncology, 35% Hematology

o   90% out, 10% in

o   16-18 patients per day in clinic

o   8-10 new consults per week
