Community Health Center is seeking a full-time, BE/BC Physician to join a dedicated team of 4 providers offering full-spectrum primary care.

Open to: Internal Medicine, Med Ped or Family Medicine

Details:
This clinic boasts on-site laboratory and diagnostic services, and a tele-medicine program.
EMR is Meditech
Outpatient setting, with potential for inpatient practice.
You could follow your own patients, or share call
20 patients per day on average.
Additional support of two MA’s, on site LCSW, as well as a Pharmacy.
