In Farmington, you will assume a General Orthopedics role working alongside a seasoned Surgeon who specializes in joint replacement, plus a Sports Medicine physician, an experienced PA, and a podiatrist. This team provides state-of-the-art joint replacements (including total knee and hip replacements) plus carpal tunnel release, joint arthroscopy, fracture reduction, and foot and hand surgery. A comprehensive Physical Rehab and Sports Medicine department supports this program, as does the Portland-based team of Surgeons, PAs, NPs and Administrators who are committed to providing high quality medical/surgical care to patients of all ages throughout Maine.

You will enjoy a convenient four day/week schedule – and you will have teaching opportunities too, when medical students and residents from Portland and Boston rotate to the hospital.

You will practice in a progressive, award-winning 65-bed acute care community hospital that provides a wide range of services for more than 40,000 area residents.
