Description
SPECIALTY: PRIMARY CARE MEDICAL DIRECTOR
TYPE: PERMANENT
LOCATION: COLUMBUS, INDIANA
JOB: 43438DESCRIPTION: Providing primary care and clinical leadership for a patient centered medical home focused on Lifestyle Medicine at our onsite facility
70 % direct patient care, 30% admin and leadership, driving outcomes clinical quality, etc. Ages 2 and older
Patients will be employees and family members
Lifestyle medicine, Preventative services, wellness, chronic disease management, acute episodic care.
Epic EMR
12-15 patients/day COMPENSATION: Salary around $275 plus annual incentives
15k sign on bonus
15k relocation REQUIREMENTS: BC or BE in Primary care specialty
EMR
