Physician / Psychiatry / California / Permanent / TMS Medical Director opportunity in CA Job

Join a ~30 year old private practice group providing high quality care to patients of all ages and diagnoses in over 40 locations throughout California.

The group is looking for a TMS Medical Director who is enthusiastic about advancing clinical thinking and scaling the service to improve access to those in need.

Work with a highly engaged TMS Operations Team to support the growth within the group.

TMS Medical Director will be responsible for management and expansion of TMS program by providing leadership and clinical vision for the TMS services. This will be 50% Administrative and 50% Clinical.

In your role as TMS Medical Director, you will lead the team to:
Maintain a high-quality training program for clinicians
Develop TMS protocols and provide evidence-based standards of care/best practice recommendations
Establish outcome measures for TMS & lead the publishing of efficacy studies
Drive education and support programs for patients and clinicians
Support business-led growth initiatives to expand TMS service
Provide thought leadership on TMS to internal and external stakeholders
Payer engagement on TMS reimbursement.

Responsibilities:
Supervise all aspects of the TMS Program
Participate in recruitment and selection process for new providers
Define, implement and access outcome measures as it relates to TMS treatment
Business development of TMS program
Community engagement

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience of TMS practice
Minimum 2 years of leadership / management experience
Master's in Business Administration a plus
