Description
We need psychiatrists that are able to commit to a 6 month (at minimum) assignment. Ideally, candidates that are interested in a locum to perm opportunity. The graphic below should assist with illustrating our needs. In short, the service is physically based at GMC and supports multiple other system hospitals through telemedicine, so the clinical work is a mix of in-person care and virtual care. Also, the service operates 7 days/week using two shifts per day, 7a-3p and 3p-11p. This hub and spoke model enables optimal efficiency and a team-based structure that is necessary to sustain the service. Team, please utilize the PA temporary emergency license for this need. It only takes 2-3 weeks to license a provider utilizing this. This means that we should be able to find new candidates outside of PA if we need to. Adults in Inpatient setting.
