– Employed by 99 bed community hospital providing care to 12 counties
– Not for profit facility employs 68 Physicians in 35 areas of medicine
– Recruiting due to growth
– Join 2 Anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs
– General focus with an emphasis on ORS, GI, and OBGYN
– Care team approach- 90 percent supervision
– CRNAs take first call, Anesthesiologists take second call (1:3) Compensation:
– Guaranteed annual salary of 450,000
– Up to 100K in student loan assistance
– Residency stipends
– Sign on and relocation up to $50,000
– 5 Days CME with $4,000 allowance
– 9 Weeks PTO

– Retirement: 3 percent employer contribution plus additional 50 percent match up to 8 percent Location:
