NP / Family Practice / Kentucky / Locum or Permanent / Great Opportunities in Louisville, KY Job

We are looking for two experienced NP (must be able to practice independantly in KY on your own).

Two locations in Louisville, KY

Open Dates: 7/12 through 10/1/21 Mon, Wed-Fri (no Tues) Mon/Wed 7:30 am- 4 pm, Thurs 10:30 am -6 pm, Fri 8 am-12 pm

2nd location: 8/23-11/12 Mon-Fri, Mon/Tues 7:30a-3:30p, Wed/Fri 6:30a-2:30p, Thurs 7a-3p

Outpatient - Employee Health Clinic
Ages 2 and up - seeing the employees and their dependents
Average 2 to 3 patients per hour

Requirements
Must have KY license with full practice authority
DEA
BLS
At least two years of experinece
Suturing, I&D's a plus!
Prefer local candidates that can commute
