- BC / BE Psychiatrist
- 30 bed inpatient adult-only unit
- Includes involuntary admissions
- Team has 3 Psychiatrists and 2 Nurse Practitioners
- Providers cover ER and hospital consults as well
- MedConnect EMR
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule    
- All psychiatrists participate in call one: week night every two weeks and one weekend every 8 weeks. 
- Additional call available if desired; avg $1500 per call
- Possibility of less call for lower compensation if desired
- 2 year income guarantee of $257,000
- RVU based productivity incentive available in year one (keep 100% of difference if RVUs exceed base salary
- 100% RVU-based compensation starting in year 3
