Description
- BC / BE Psychiatrist
- Outpatient setting
- Can also do inpatient consults for patients in med/surg unit if desired
- Hospital-owned outpatient clinic
- Avg 20-30 minutes per patient
- MedConnect EMR
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule
- Participate in call one: week night every two weeks and one weekend every 8 weeks.
- Possibly Medical Director for small unit at Union: 10 patient partial program
- Additional call available if desired; avg $1500 per call
- 2 year income guarantee of $235,000
- RVU based productivity incentive available in year one (keep 100% of difference if RVUs exceed base salary
- 100% RVU-based compensation starting in year 3
- Quality incentive up to $15k annually
- $4000 annual fund for CME, professional fees
