Transplant Program is searching for an outstanding individual to become the next Surgical Director of Kidney Transplantation. The kidney transplant program has doubled in size in the past 5 years and we are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about clinical growth and excellence and who values the team approach to patient management.  Our center performs adult liver, adult kidney, live donor kidney and pediatric kidney transplantation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the continued growth of the deceased and living donor kidney program and possess significant experience in laparoscopic and/or robotic donor nephrectomy.  Applicants who have prior leadership experience will be given preference.  Clinical responsibilities will also include an active role in the deceased donor liver transplantation program.

Applicants must have completed an ASTS accredited fellowship, be board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Surgery, be licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut at the time of hire and have at least 5 years of post-fellowship clinical work experience.
