Enjoy a rewarding outpatient-only practice caring for all ages in pediatrics – infants to young adults – many of whose families are uninsured or underinsured. This is a desirable location on the New Hampshire border one hour west of Portland. Join this established multidisciplinary practice providing primary care, dental care, mental health services, nutrition, eye care, podiatry, family planning and more, all in one location – with radiology and lab services onsite. Providers here are well-respected and make a difference to local people by breaking down barriers and providing quality care to a population with evolving healthcare needs. You will be a key part of a care team in an Integrated Primary Care/ Patient Centered Medical Home model.

You will have a convenient schedule working 4 days/week, 10-hour days, with no nights, weekends, no holidays. Light phone-only call goes through an RN triage service first, and is shared, so you will only see a handful of calls each month. Practice in a modern facility with a dedicated staff and state-of-the-art technology with electronic medical records so you can focus on delivering the best possible patient care.
