A recently built, state-of-the art facility offers an integrated model of care including medical, mental health and addiction treatment, case management and housing.

A full time physician to serve patients who are homeless, many with multiple conditions, in a compassionate, collaborative, educational and caring environment.

A flexible, 4 or 5 weekday schedule can be arranged.

Bi-lingual Portuguese or Spanish and experience with electronic medical record systems are helpful skills in this position.
