Job Details:
- Pay Rate: Salary Based on Experience

- PTO 9 paid holidays
- Qualifications: MD/DO Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Facility: Clinic
- Schedule: Dates: ASAP - Permanent
- Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
- Call is 1 week at a time, approximately 3x/year
- Assignment: Outpatient
- Average 18-25 patients/day
- EMR: Sage/Intergy
