Colebrook, New Hampshire: We invite an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a new hospital-owned rural/country primary care practice in picturesque New Hampshire, near the White Mountain National Forest, and close to the Vermont and Canadian borders. This is an old-school care model as we seek “the” doctor for the entire family in this small community. An ideal candidate will have been in practice for at least a few years and will have an interest in practice leadership. Specialty services are offered through the affiliate hospital and include everything from ENT/Allergy and OB/GYN through Neurology, Surgical Services and more. You will help grow the practice, attracting patients from neighboring towns. While we want a family physician, a doctor with strengths and interests in adult/geriatric medicine is also welcome to provide care for this older panel. Enjoy a convenient weekday schedule with your choice of five shorter days or four longer days. Call is shared on a 1:4 basis. You will be supported by a friendly clinical/administrative team in the office, and involved leadership in the hospital. The IT system is excellent – with an integrated EMR boasting voice recognition/templates ready for your use.
