* Provide PM&R Consults for Adult- Senior Patients- 100% Outpatient Will travel between 3 Modern Facilities in Belvedere/Rockford Area. perform patient care- Evals
* M- F 8a-5p NO Call- THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE- PERM POSITION
* $300K BASE, PLUS BONUS and FULL BENEFITS

ACTIVE IL License- BC /BE
2- 10 YRS Exp PM&R
Exp with Joint Injection a plus
START ASAP - OCTOBER/ NOV * Active IL License
* WILL CONSIDER PART TIME- 3/ DAYS/WK
