Join a 17 year old Community Health Center with an excellent team of primary care providers, behavioral health, dental, strong support staff, providing excellent care to all ages in the community.

There are 8 Family Medicine physicians, 7 Behavioral Health providers, 3 Dentists and 10 APP's in 5 offices. They also have Podiatry, Optometry and Pharmacy on site.

They are building a brand new office that will be finished in 2022.

Outpatient only

Schedule: 40 hour/week – can do a 4 10’s schedule or 5 - 8's
Rotating telephone call
Spanish a plus, but not required.
