2 hours to Chicago 40 miles to Peoria & Champaign Airport in town
Position Specifics:
Call is shared with internal medicine group. Nurse triage takes first call after hours.
On site infusion therapy, polarized microscope, x-ray, and lab.
Patients seen from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Incoming physician can expect to see approximately 20 patients per day. A physician board certified in both internal medicine and rheumatology is required. A newly trained rheumatology fellowship physician will also be considered with the stipulation that board certification must be achieved within a few years for continued employment.
