Schedule/Shift times: Mon-Fri 7am – 3:30pm Call required?: Oncall I night per week and one weekend per month Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics): Types of cases/Specialty mix: General Surgery, Bariatrics, Scopes, Urology, Ortho, OB/Gyn Head/Hearts?: No Support staff available (CRNA’s, MA’s, Scrub Techs): 2 docs and 3 CRNAs Type of charting (EMR, paper): Meditech
Credentialing timeframe: Two weeks
