CRNA Practice Profile Client: Withheld Location/Worksite address: Western Iowa Dates coverage is needed: Asap - Ongoing Are you perm recruiting?: Yes Schedule/Shift times: 0630-1500; No part-time candidates, FT only Call required?: Not required, but is an option Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics):Adults and healthy pediatrics (ENT). Types of cases/Specialty mix: General surgery, ortho, OB, podiatry, spine, ECTs, pacers, Gyn, ENT Head/Hearts?: No Support staff available (CRNA’s, MA’s, Scrub Techs): Float CRNA daily plus OR staff Type of charting (EMR, paper): Meditech and Spectrum Credentialing timeframe: 4-6 weeks if already holds all necessary licensure (DEA, IA ARNP, IA CSA, RN, ACLS, BLS, PALS) Temporary privileges available?: Yes Reason for coverage: Increasing staffing Travel and lodging provided (with pre-approval)?:Yes
