This established and growing FQHC, community health center is actively recruiting for a family medicine physician for their NEW clinic location and growing program in Southern Idaho. 

• Join a growing team of 10 family physicians, 18 APPs, 15 dentists, 12 behavioral health providers and 7 pharmacists.
• 100% Outpatient Practice with No Call and No Weekends
• Full spectrum family medicine - Pediatrics to Geriatrics - Early Prenatal Care.
